Ready for our final Class of 2024 Top 10 spotlight? We are excited to introduce this year's Valedictorian: Talyn Doss!
Hi! I am Talyn Doss. I serve as the Treasurer for the Class of 2024 Student Council and am a member of Key Club, BETA Club, National Honor Society, and Keys to Success. Additionally, I hold the distinction of being an AP Scholar with Distinction and a National Rural and Small Town Academic Award Winner.
I plan to attend Ohio University as a Cutler Scholar and pursue a double major in Political Science and Health Services Administration, with double minors in Communications and Economics. With these degrees, I aim to work in the medical field on a governmental or administrative level.
First and foremost, I extend my gratitude to my family and friends, who have provided me with unwavering love and support throughout my educational and personal life. I also want to express my appreciation to everyone within the Chillicothe City School District for shaping me into the person I am today and for providing me with such an amazing school and community to be a part of!

Happy Earth Day!

It is another great Monday for a Top 10 introduction!
Hi, I am AJ Noel. I am the salutatorian for the class of 2024. I serve as the Historian for NHS, the Treasurer for NAHS, and the orchestra representative for Tri-M. I am also the concertmaster for our High School's symphonic orchestra!
As of now, I am undecided on where I would like to attend college. Though I am still undecided, I plan on majoring in Biomedical engineering in order to become a doctor. My desire to become a doctor sparked since I recognized my father’s dedication to his work. Working in the medical field will give me the opportunity to help people by alleviating their suffering; this will be my service to humanity.
Thank you to my teachers, friends, and peers for your encouragement and support. To my parents, thank you for your discipline and for always pushing me towards my goals and a successful future. Finally, I would like to thank my three sisters; you have always been great role models and have significantly shaped me into the person I am today.

It's Friday, so we're back with another Top 10 Spotlight!
Hi! My name is Katherine McCallum, and I am a senior here at CHS. I am a member of the National Honor Society and also participate in our school's student council. Additionally, I am heavily involved in sports and extracurricular activities within our school, particularly enjoying cross country, swimming, and track. After I graduate, I plan to attend a college of my choice to pursue exploratory studies, aiming to broaden my education across various fields before determining the right career path for me. None of this would have been possible without the support of everyone in my life, so I want to extend my gratitude to all who have helped me in my endeavors. Thank you, Mom and Dad, for putting up with my shenanigans, and to my brother for teaching me them. I also want to give a big shout out to the coaches and staff who have played a significant role in shaping my life and worldview; I wouldn't be who I am today without you.

Join us this evening at The O for the Cavalier Invitational Track Meet! Cheer on our track and field team, and help support the Cavaliers by purchasing a sweet treat from the Bake Sale!
